I’m Becky, and I have been recreating in the outdoors my whole life. For the past 8 years, I’ve worked as a Mountain Bike Coach and Personal Trainer in the legendary Sea to Sky Corridor. I understand the thrill of being in the mountains and the struggle of balancing it with staying strong & capable in your own body.
After experiencing firsthand the toll mountain sports can take on the body, I realised that just as we maintain our gear, we need to take care of ourselves to avoid injuries and chronic pain. Many of us push hard but neglect our own physical maintenance, leading to discomfort and a decrease in performance.
That’s why I created this online studio—to offer outdoor lovers quick, fun, and efficient strength and mobility workouts. My goal is to help you become stronger & more mobile without spending hours in the gym. Join us to compliment your outdoor sports and keep your body in the best shape ever.

Ideal Day in the mountains:Â An epic mountain bike adventure day with alpine views into steep loamy trails, tire-to-tire riding with friends. Coffee and snacks are essential.
Biggest Achievement: 15th place in the Megavalanche Alp d'Huez 2024.
Best Day in the Mountains: Too many to choose from—my top 5 change every season!
Where I spend my time outdoors: Mostly at home in Pemberton, British Columbia.Â
Next Goal: Complete the Trans Sierra Norte Enduro Race in Oaxaca, Mexico.
