I’m Becky, and I have been riding bikes my whole life. For the past 8 years, I’ve worked as a Mountain Bike Coach and Personal Trainer in the legendary Sea to Sky Corridor. I understand the thrill of riding and the struggle of balancing it with staying strong & stable on the bike.

After experiencing firsthand the toll riding can take on the body, I realised that just as we maintain our bikes, we need to take care of ourselves to avoid injuries and chronic pain. Many riders push hard but neglect their own physical maintenance, leading to discomfort and a decrease in performance.

That’s why I created this online club—to offer mountain bikers quick, fun, and efficient strength and mobility workouts. My goal is to help you become a stronger, more mobile rider without spending hours in the gym. Join us to enhance your riding experience and keep your body in the best shape ever.

Ideal Day on a Bike: An epic adventure day with alpine views into steep loamy trails, tire-to-tire riding with friends. Coffee and snacks are essential.

Biggest Achievement: 15th place in the Megavalanche Alp d'Huez 2024.

Best Day on a Bike: Too many to choose from—my top 5 change every season!

Where I Ride: Mostly at home in Pemberton, British Columbia. 

Next Goal: Complete the Trans Sierra Norte Enduro Race in Oaxaca, Mexico.
